Things to Know Please allow 1 hour per appointment. General Guidelines: Please wear loose fitting clothing so that you can easily touch the skin on your body. Wearing loose cotton helps to make better contact with the skin and nerves in areas where clothing cannot be removed. For women, please do not wear an underwire bra or sports bra. These garments restrict circulation through these areas of your body and can interfere with healing. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.
